Wait until the whole world is infected, then evolve:

Inflammation paralysis
Coma total organ failure
Systemic infection
Tutors
Internal haemorrhaging
Haemorrhagic shock
Necrosis
Immune suppression

You don't have to evolve all these but they will make it faster.
