Start in central Africa.

Evolve simian Neuro-genesis followed by ape colonies.

Wait until you have smart apes then put a colony in central Africa.

Switch to ape view.

Now continue to evolve everything that stems off ape colonies but don't get sea faring or anything beyond it (go for cognitive shift and education first).

Once the following countries have intelligent apes make ape colonies in them:
East Africa, West Africa, Sudan.

Now get hominidae bride, blood gift, Inter-genus dissemination 1 and cutaneous transfer.

After this, start working on the ape travel, do this by evolving all the travel abilities.

Now evolve water and air 1, quickly followed by primal awareness and ape rampage

Put ape colonies in China, Indonesia and China when they get smart apes.

Now evolve water and air 2 followed by extreme bioaerosol as well as blood 1, 2 with extreme haemoaerosol.

Now evolve all the ape abilities.

Send apes to countries with gen-sys labs if there are no apes there already, however if there are use your ape rampage to destroy it.

At this point you also want to send apes to uninfected countries to infect them.

Also get cold resistance 1 and 2.

Get fomites 1, 2  and 3.

Wait until the whole world is infected, or most of the world if you can't wait, then evolve lethal symptoms, go for neuro enhacement 1, 2 and 3 then total brain death first. Hopefully lots of symptoms would've evolved so you'll have an easy time evolving the easy ones.

If the cure is developing quickly evolve photophobia, subconjunctival bleed, subconjuctival haemorrhage and then blindness.

Continue evolving tons of lethal symptoms.
